BIODYNAMIC PSYCHOLOGY

"From the moment we are conceived, our body records every experience we have ever had. It retains - deep in its tissues - traces of undigested ordeals that hinder its natural development. By dissolving these marks of the past, biodynamic psychology soothes the body and replenishes our innermost being." François LEWIN

Attentive to the subtle needs of the deepest personality, Biodynamic Psychology gently unravels sclerotic patterns and releases blockages from the past so that one can open up to a deep sense of vitality, autonomy and well-being,

It is based on the principle that every human being is endowed with a positive potential known as the healthy core, which is our fundamental nature.

In essence, this nature is perfectly capable of adapting to the trials and tribulations of life and knows how to maintain balance and independent well-being. However, dysfunctions in the affective and emotional construction during childhood distance us from this primary personality. Biodynamic Psychology, through sensitive listening to the body, and with the help of its various psycho-corporeal tools, invites the emergence of this capacity for autonomous well-being.

Biodynamic Psychology has been around for over 50 years. It was developed by the psychologist and physiotherapist of Norwegian origin Gerda BOYESEN (1922-2005).

The School of Biodynamic Psychology  is recognized by the main representative bodies of French and European psychotherapy: the EAP (European Association of Psychotherapy), the EABP (European Association of Psycho-Corporal Therapy) and the FF2P.
