WHO AM I?

Although this question and its extraordinary importance didn't present themselves until much later, already, at a very young age, I was already asking myself all kinds of questions about suffering, happiness, the purpose of existence...

At the age of 20, I discovered Buddhism and finally found answers to my questions, as well as profound experiences of peace and happiness but after years of study and contemplation, certain blocks remained. I realised I was missing an essential dimension: the connection to the body.

It was then that I discovered biodynamic psychology, whose primary mission is precisely to "listen to what the body has to say". I decided to begin the training in the Biodynamic approach which was to last five years.

This new inner journey enabled me, over time, to heal old memories and traumas that had been limiting me without me even being aware of it.

As part of my degree, I also took the opportunity to study the links between meditation and biodynamic psychology, and the complementary nature of these two fields of introspection.

With my new-found joy came the natural desire to pass on this path to others.

It is a great pleasure, and I am very grateful, to now be able to welcome each person where they are at, and to accompany them on their own quest for greater happiness.
